Ordering

How do I place an order?
Add items to your bag, then proceed to checkout. You'll receive an order confirmation by email within a few minutes.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us at info@shopmariegraceboutique.com within 12 hours of placing the order and we'll do our best. Once an order has been forwarded to fulfilment, changes are no longer possible.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Processing takes 1–3 business days. Delivery time depends on destination — typically 7–15 business days for most international orders. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

What is the cut-off time for same-day processing?
Orders placed before 14:00 CET on a business day enter same-day processing. Orders placed after 14:00 CET or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.

Do you offer free shipping?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on order value and destination. Promotional free-shipping thresholds, when active, are shown on the homepage and at checkout.

How do I track my order?

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
Customers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law. International customers may return unworn items within 30 days. See our Return Policy for the full process.

How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
