How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. After dispatch, transit time is 3 to 5 business days, so the total estimated delivery window is 4 to 7 business days. Full details in our Shipping Policy.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum order value, and tracking is included. There are no surcharges added at checkout.

Where do you ship?

We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are dispatched from our fulfillment warehouse in Charleston, West Virginia, United States (4901-4965 Venable Ave SE, Charleston, WV 25304). Returns are received at the same address.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email. You can follow your parcel at any time on our Track Order page. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

How long do I have to return an item?

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return, and there is no restocking fee. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong item, in which case we cover it. Email us first so we can register your return. Full details in our Return Policy.

How long does the refund take?

Once your return has been received and inspected, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 7 days. Your bank may take a few additional days to post it.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes. We accept exchanges for size or color when stock is available. Email info@shopmariegraceboutique.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the item you prefer.

How do I choose my size?

Every product page includes a size guide with body measurements. If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for a relaxed fit. If you are unsure, write to us and we will help.

Is my payment information safe?

Are there any extra charges at checkout?

No. The final price, any applicable taxes and the shipping cost are confirmed on the checkout page before payment is taken, and shipping is free.
