2. Acceptance of terms

By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

3. Products and availability

We make reasonable efforts to display products and prices accurately. Colors and textures may differ slightly between screen and real life. Stock availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed; if an item becomes unavailable after order, we'll notify you and offer a refund or alternative.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in USD at checkout. Final prices, taxes (where applicable) and shipping are shown at checkout. See our Billing Terms for payment details.

5. Orders and contract formation

An order is a binding contract once we send you an order confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing error, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability — with a full refund.

6. Shipping and delivery

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand only. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, or external events. See our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns

8. Intellectual property

All site content (logos, photos, copy, layout) is owned by Skiepa or its licensors and protected by applicable IP law. You may not copy, redistribute, or use the content commercially without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably may be submitted to the competent courts of Haarlem, The Netherlands. Consumers in their country of residence retain the protection of mandatory local consumer law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the current version. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
