Return Policy
30-day returns
You may return unworn, unused items in original condition within 30 days of delivery. This policy applies to all markets we serve (USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand).
How to return
- Email info@shopmariegraceboutique.com with your order number and the items you want to return.
- We'll send you the return address and instructions.
- Pack the items in their original packaging where possible. Drop off at your carrier of choice.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
What can be returned
- Unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached
- Items in their original packaging where applicable
What cannot be returned
- Underwear and swimwear (hygiene)
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Items marked "final sale" at the time of purchase
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong item. There is no restocking fee. If the item is defective or incorrect, contact us first and we'll arrange a prepaid return label.
Defective or wrong items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange replacement or full refund (including shipping) at no cost to you.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for size or color when stock is available. Email us within 30 days of delivery to start an exchange.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return. Bank processing may add a few additional days.
