Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to the following countries only:

• United States
• Canada
• United Kingdom
• Australia
• New Zealand

We do not ship to the European Union at this time. Orders to countries outside the list above cannot be fulfilled.

Free shipping

All orders ship free, with no minimum order value. There are no surcharges added at checkout.

Processing time (handling)

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed before 14:00 (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles) on a business day enter same-day processing; orders placed after 14:00 CET or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times (transit)

Estimated transit time after dispatch: 7–14 business days for all destinations (USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand).

Total estimated time from order to delivery is therefore 8–17 business days (handling + transit). Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, customs clearance, or events outside our control. Tracking is included for all orders.

Customs, duties and import taxes

For orders shipped outside the EU, the recipient may be responsible for import duties, taxes, and any handling fees charged by local customs. These are not included in the product price and are not collected by us. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering if you're unsure.

Lost or delayed shipments

If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 10 business days, or your package is significantly delayed, email info@shopmariegraceboutique.com with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we can re-ship at the customer's expense for the new shipping cost.
